Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. This is because preparation begins immediately after confirmation.


💰 Refund Policy

  1. No refunds will be provided for confirmed orders.
  2. Refunds or replacements may be considered only in case of:
  3. Incorrect item delivered
  4. Damaged or spoiled food at the time of delivery

Such issues must be reported immediately upon delivery with clear details.


🔄 Replacement

If a valid issue is reported, SA Prime Kitchen may offer a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.


🚫 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  1. Change of mind after order confirmation
  2. Delay due to unavoidable circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.)
  3. Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
